Anthony Toguchi is a visionary executive with more than two decades of experience driving transformation and growth across global organizations in financial services, technology, consumer goods, and healthcare. Anthony has built and led high-performing teams focused on digital innovation, brand strategy, and data-driven performance marketing.
Most recently, Anthony served as Head of Institutional Digital Marketing at Vanguard, where he was responsible for the firm’s 401(k) business marketing digital transformation, including the website, advertising, and user experience. His organization launched award-winning campaigns and pioneered the use of emerging technologies, such as AI and spatial computing, to reimagine customer engagement and deliver meaningful impact.
Prior to Vanguard, Anthony held global marketing roles at Mastercard, Nestlé, Pfizer, and Ricoh, where he pioneered new digital ecosystems, advanced omnichannel strategy, and strengthened brand equity across more than 40 international markets.
Anthony holds an MBA in Marketing from Long Island University and a BBA in Economics from the University of Alaska Anchorage. He also brings the discipline and resilience of a two-time national karate champion with the U.S. Olympic Committee to his leadership approach.
