Daniela Lobo

Global Brand and Digital Marketing Director
Johnson & Johnson

Lobo joined Johnson & Johnson in 2017 and currently serves as the Global Brand and Digital Marketing Director. In this role, she is primarily responsible for the marketing strategies and initiatives that enable Johnson & Johnson to build its Employer Brand as well as corporate strategic marketing projects

She is highly passionate about uncovering insights that helps brands to navigate disruption and major inflection points to unlock creativity and drive growth. She has achieved this across a diverse array of industries, including healthcare, consumer packaged goods, technology, financial services and beauty.
Throughout her career, she has worked on the client and agency side, tackling challenges such as core business revitalization, new product launches, local and global marketing, and digital transformation.

When not immersed in marketing projects, she enjoys traveling, running and trying new things. She is a board member of the International Association of Advertising North America and is part of the United Nations Global Compact CMO Think Lab.

Lobo has an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics from University of Sao Paulo. She lives in NYC with her husband.
