Raised by a single mother from the Dominican Republic, Josefina Rodriguez overcame early socioeconomic challenges to become an influential voice in corporate social impact. Josefina started out as a first-generation daughter of immigrants living on Welfare and in low-income housing. Her career path eventually led her to prominent roles at Google, Bloomberg, and The Wall Street Journal, culminating in her speaking engagement at the United Nations and lecturing at Northeastern University.
A former Chief of Staff and award-winning multicultural marketer, she has studied firsthand the complex factors influencing corporate DE&I, inclusive marketing, and sustainability- and how brands are uniquely positioned to proactively drive positive change. Currently, Josefina is a Strategic Partner Manager at Google, focused on advancing social & economic impact through the collective action of the advertising industry. Josefina holds a B.A. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business.
