Kristin Fallon is an award-winning brand and marketing executive with global experience leading growth and transformation initiatives across a diverse set of industries and organizations at the heart of human impact. A creative storyteller known for putting people and purpose at the center of her work, her career has spanned innovative technology companies from start-ups to GE, and international development organizations from NGOs to the World Bank.
Kristin is currently Chief Marketing Officer for Bentley Systems (NASDAQ: BSY), the world’s leading software company for infrastructure digital twins. Prior to Bentley, Kristin was Global Head of Brand at GE HealthCare, where she led the company’s historic rebrand as part of their spin-off from GE and was named 2022 ANA Communicator of the Year for her ability to successfully refresh and re-humanize this iconic brand. Prior to GE, Kristin founded and led a marketing consultancy based in Southeast Asia, where some of her earliest storytelling included the Indonesian tsunami reconstruction.
Kristin is on the Board of Directors at the International Advertising Association (IAA) and the University of Maryland’s Center for Social Value Creation. She began her career in the US Peace Corps and brings that same sense of purpose and adventure to her career today.
