Milena Oliveira is a transformational global business leader with extensive experience driving growth, leading P&L operations, and elevating marketing and brand value across industries and geographies.
Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Carrier, a $23 billion global leader with more than 48,000 employees, where she led enterprise-wide marketing, brand, internal and external communications, and corporate social responsibility strategies to strengthen reputation and position the company for sustainable growth and long-term brand and business value. Milena spearheaded Carrier’s enterprise brand transformation—launching a new company purpose, positioning, tagline, and visual identity (For the World We Share)—uniting more than 48K employees and increasing brand awareness and consideration. She also advanced a global marketing digital transformation, including a new website experience, and implemented a comprehensive organizational effectiveness framework to build future-ready capabilities.
Prior to Carrier, Milena held senior executive roles at 3M, including Chief Marketing Officer for the Transportation & Electronics Business Group and President and Managing Director for 3M Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Over her career, she has led marketing, strategy, and P&L management in the United States, Europe, and Latin America, consistently delivering growth and transformational results.
Milena holds an Executive MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a BA in Business Administration from PUCCAMP in Brazil. She currently serves on the Board of the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas and brings extensive expertise in marketing and brand leadership, business strategy, and governance to the IAA North America Board.
