Rob Welch is Senior Vice president of Enterprise Media and Partnerships at The Wall Street Journal Barron’s Group where he heads up a team that covers multiple business sectors including: professional services, energy, industrials, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aerospace and defense. His primary focus is building original large-scale commercial partnerships, multi-platform branded content and marketing programs, new product development and custom event integrations. Prior to joining WSJ in 2007, Rob worked in a variety of media, sales and business development roles at ESPN, Mediaspace Solutions, FreePC/Idealab!, NY Daily News and Jackson Hole Magazine. He has a B.A. from The University of Virginia and currently lives in Huntington, NY.
